Brandon Baldwin joined the FNBB team back in 2024, initially part-time and since full-time, as a mortgage lender, including secondary market. Brandon took a hiatus from banking before joining us but came in with a background in mortgage lending through a broker as well as non-real estate consumer lending. Outside of the bank, he has a passion for music and can be found playing solo shows with his guitar at local events. Otherwise, he enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with family. Brandon works out of our Holmen location and can assist customers with all their consumer lending needs.
Dylan Landt joined the FNBB team in April, 2025 as a commercial lender. Dylan also took a short hiatus from the financial world prior to joining us but brings with him 13 years of banking experience. He was born in Iowa and raised in Texas as one of six children and has lived in the La Crosse area now for 8 years. Outside of the bank he enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, and everything outdoors. Dylan works out of our main office in Bangor and is ready to connect with new or existing business clients.
